I will be honest with you. Always. If I say that if I like it, then I like it. I will never say nice things to placate your feelings. If I say it still needs some work, then we will roll up our sleeves and tackle it again until it is right. I am, however, always kind.
Integrity in Business
I am passionate about integrity in business. I think integrity comes when we are our truest selves. As entrepreneurs, we are doing something that we know makes a difference--both in the grand sense of making the world a better place and in the intimate way of changing one person's life through our product and service. We are so passionate, so in love with that change, we want to do it again and again and again. I love that about you. I am honored to be a part of your journey and help you make that passion come alive. I write these words knowing they sound cheesy, perhaps too sappy and sentimental for today's world. This is who I am. I think you are remarkable, even though we may not have met yet. I want to hear your story. I want to know everything you desire to accomplish. Finally, we are all connected. I believe this deeply. It is true on a physical level, for the resources of this world are all interdependent and we experience this every day. I also know that we are connected on a greater level, in a way where our intentions and thoughts affect one another--where we are connected by a profound love. I actively incorporate this into all of my coaching. If you are uncomfortable admitting you love your customers and clients, then we may not be good fit. Everything I bring and do is because I love you, and I know you feel the same about the people you serve. Let's give voice to this in every business transaction, every day. We will change the world.
